Most orders are processed and leave our warehouse within 1 business day after payment is received. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Carrier
We ship orders exclusively using UPS. Shipping services and delivery times vary based on the UPS service selected at checkout and the delivery destination.
Shipping Costs
We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders over $99 shipped within the contiguous United States (lower 48 states).
Orders under $99 incur shipping charges calculated at checkout based on order weight, package dimensions, and destination. All applicable shipping charges are displayed before you complete your purchase.
Delivery Time
Delivery times are estimates provided by UPS and are not guaranteed. LineSets.com is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship only to addresses within the contiguous United States (lower 48 states). We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international destinations at this time.
Oversized or Special Handling Shipments
Some large or heavy items may require special handling or shipment via UPS Freight. In such cases, additional fees may apply and will be clearly displayed at checkout prior to purchase.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with UPS tracking information when available. Tracking updates are provided directly by UPS and may take time to appear.
Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. LineSets.com is not responsible for orders delayed or returned due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipment.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at info@linesets.com with photos of the damage so we can assist you. Claims must be reported promptly after delivery.
